Evening all..first post from a long time reader of NMP :)
I've been taking an SSRI (citalopram) for almost 10 years. It was originally prescribed for low mood but over time my condition has developed into generalised anxiety with a BIG focus on my health.
It's been suggested that I might be better swapping to an SNRI instead. Whil I appreciate everyone reacts very differently I wondered if anyone with HA ever taken these and found them particularly helpful?
Would also be grateful for any tips on making the swap. I had a truly horrendous experience when my doc moved me onto sertraline last Xmas and that was still an SSRI so am a bit apprehensive! :unsure:
