Acne and lymph nodes?

Just a quick question... can acne cause lymph nodes to swell up? I have a breakout of acne worse than i ever had in my teens due to going to bed withotu taking makeup off.. yeah i know. not too smart.. I have a few pimples under my chin that are sore cuz i keep picking.. bad habit and thats the area im mainly concerned about.

I think it can hun, lymph nodes can swell for cuts so if you've broken the skin then I would guess it's the same xxx

I've had this MANY times. If I've got a particularly nasty spot when it's big, red, swollen etc... then I notice that any lymph nodes near that area get slightly bigger, which makes sense since a pimple is technically an infection of a skin pore, so your lymph nodes would swell up to fight off that infection.

My doctor says acne can cause lymph nodes to swell. So yes :)
