boney lump on head

I've noticed that behind my ear on the left side I've got a really prominent hard lump (it feels like my skull), but when I've felt on the other side it feels a lot less prominent (still a bone there but it is way larger on the left) - should i be worried about this? i don't know if skulls are symmetrical or not, but I'm now worried that there's a something causing swelling on the left which is why it feels more raised :(

I have exactly the same and I noticed mine years and years ago and nothing has come of it x
