Leukimia worry again

I have posted about this before but I'm still quite worried. Two weeks ago I threw up and after throwing up three days later I found two yellow bruises on my chest. Can you bruise your chest from throwing up? As in pulling the muscles too hard?

I would guess those bruises are from something else that you are unaware of doing. You would have a lot more symptoms than that if you had leukaemia x
