Around a month ago I woke up and could barely breathe, it felt like I was paralyzed as well, My vision was also a bit blurry/unfocused. It lasted for maybe 10-15 seconds and then I was completely fine. Anyone know what might of happened?

If this happened a month ago why didn't you get in touch with your doctor. It maybe absolutely nothing but we aren't doctors.

It obviously is still in your thoughts so make that appointment for peace of mind.
