New from the South East UK :)

Good afternoon all,

I thought it was time to sign up and say hi to all and also look at some advice :)

Well to start, I'm Dave, 30 from the South East of the UK and my wife has anxiety and previous depression.

I wanted to get a better understanding and more experiences to better help my wife.

Currently my wife is signed off work for the last few weeks and another week off.

If you want to know anything more, just ask :)
