hands cramping... HELP!

This past year I have been experiencing all sorts of weird symptoms like pins and needles, crawling sensation etc. Just a few months ago, The crawling sensation started and I immediately diagnosed myself with MS/ALS but eventually, like everything I got over it. Yesterday night I got a sudden cramping sensation on mt left hand. My fingers were cramping and when I closed my hand into a fist it hurt. I’m so worried I have MS/ALS.

Hi don't worry it's all the anxiety. I'm just recovering from migraine and seem to have triggered an anxiety attack. I'm having tense muscles including hands, extreme fatigue and my arms feel so tense they are quivering now and then. This is causing my chest to quiver so again it causes more panic that somethings not right. Hopefully for me, like with you it will be anxiety raising her ugly head.
