You have loved in the spring, when alls flushed green and new
You have loved in the summer, the sky above an azure blue
You have loved in the autumn, as leaves turn bronze and brown
You have loved in the winter, when the snowflakes are falling down

You have loved when happy and loved when sad
You have loved when times are good and when times might seem bad
You have loved through great loss and through great pain
You have counted the cost and counted the gain

So having loved through rain or as shines the sun
So having loved through all thats been said and been done
So having you both so special a husband and wife
So having loved us has so unriched our lives
