Panicking about neck pressure/lump feeling

Hi everyone! I'm on high anxiety right now because I feel a ton of pressure in my neck. Incidentally it is on the side that I have two small thyroid cysts. I monitor them yearly but haven't been to the doc this year. I'm really afraid something is wrong with me. I haven't dug around in there but rub my neck periodically and don't feel any lumps. I can just feel it internally. Any idea if these cysts could cause pressure or if this should be something to worry about? I also have some jaw clicking on the same side and hear clicks when I chew (in my ear). Is this all related? I can't focus on anything else!!!

When I am anxious, I usually feel my neck is very tight. So, i guess the pressure really comes from your anxiety. Believe me anxiety can cause so many strange symptoms. Those symptoms are real, but they don't mean you are ill. They just mean you are extremely anxious. Just relax.
