I ate a bunch of this flatbread cracker thing that is covered in seeds (millet, hemp, etc.) When I was done eating, there was a seed practically superglued to my upper gum, which naturally I was able to easily remove with my finger. I feel something stuck down my throat as well, and I'm worried it's also a seed. I've tried drinking a bunch, eating some Ritz crackers (closest thing I have to bread), etc., clearing my throat, etc., but the feeling is still there. I'm worried that I'll inhale it into my lungs or that it will never unstuck and get nasty/cause an infection.
