about a random annoying lump on inside of upper lip

Hi everyone.. So three days ago I noticed something different in my mouth I ran to have a look at it in the mirror..there I spotted a little lump on the inside of my upper lip.it was just between the line that connects upper lip to gums its on that line.. It is pretty mobile feels like soft tissue..it just lays there on the line ...is not hurting as of now..it is not red..yett...anybody knows anything about it???
