Has anyone had this?

I've been sitting down and it didn't feel like heart palpitations or heart flutters (I've had those and the plan is to go get a checkup soon). I don't know how to describe it but it was like a random wave of anxiety around the stomach sternum area. Is this some sort of mild anxiety attack?

Yep I call mine the jiggles not as bad as the palpitations but a horrible feeling. In fact I've got them now!!!!

It's a good thing that you are soon going to have a check up. That's the wisest move to do in dealing with any health concerns. Regarding your feeling of anxiety, without proper diagnosis it's too early to create a definite assumption. There are still numerous possibilities on what it may be. It could be just simple acid reflux or heartburn. The thing you can do right now is to relax and not overthink.
