Having a rough week and its only Monday :weep:

My house is so untidy, hubby is away to work and kids are at school, but theres nothing getting done.

I have zero motivation, energy or interest in cleaning or cooking.

Hate this. Cant move forward :wacko:

Need a new life.

You'll feel better after.
Cleaning the bath works for me weirdly. Not the whole room, just the bath.

It's sooooooo difficult. This is driving me insane.

Off to look at the bath for half an hour lol

Restore routine. Pick two things to do each day and build up. You may not want to do them or even feel better for it but over time it will make a difference. It's better trying as the alternative is just staying as it's.

They use this in depression in a form of therapy thay evolved out of CBT called Behavioural Activation.
