So I went for my dr. appointment or consult for my colonoscopy. He was an amazing dr. that really understands anxiety. He told me that blood on the sides of the stool, or on the toilet paper is usually hemorrhoids, and that even though they don't guess with rectal bleeding, and they will do a colonoscopy, that he believes it is mostly hemorrhoids. He did an exam and said that everything felt normal. Now I have to wait two months for the colonoscopy. Any advice on how I can not worry about this test? Two months is a very long time.
