I've been taking b12, b6, and folic acid together. If I add 5-HTP, will I risk serotonin syndrome? Or is it harmless? Cheers.

Do you mean folinic acid?

Are you taking any antidepressants like SSRI's or SNRI's or other serotonergic meds?

No not taking any antidepressants at all.
