Afraid I swallowed glass

Hi everybody,

I had this tomato sauce in a jar for few days now.When we bought it, my fiance dropped it on the floor. Today I used it to make some pasta. The seal was okay but now I am afraid that I might have eaten some class. I had three bites after I chewed something hard but it could have easily been the spices I use. After that, I stopped eating. Not sure what to do or think! Does anyone has any suggestions? What are some of the problems you might get if you swallow/chew a small piece of glass?

I ate glass once after dropping a jar. Disappointing as it was a delicious sauce. Just a few tiny gravelly bits before I stopped. I survived just fine!
I bet you didn't swallow any, but eat a ton of fibre if you're unsure.
