Heart Jump

I have had heart palpitations and heart flutters and the plan is to go see the doctor on the 9th but I was wondering if anyone has had this? I was sitting and it felt like my heart jumped. I'm not sure if my body got anxious first and then it jumped or if it was the other way around. Is this some mild anxiety attack? I'm just so over this.

I have experienced this sensation for as long as I can remember, I've mentioned it to the Dr's several times and just said its mild palpitations if that puts your mind at ease a little. I'm not a medically trained professional so would still advise to consult your GP but wouldn't lose sleep as apparently it's very common and definitely linked with anxiety xxx
