Night Sweats?

Hello,

I was hoping that someone could help me with something I over the last month or so have been waking up with my lower back and bum a little sweaty. Its not a massive amount of sweat it's just a little wet to the touch and drys quite quickly.

My question is are these night sweats? or am I just a little warm and sweating at night? I am only asking as I am a little concerned and I really don't want to Google it.

I am not on any medication so it isn't a reaction to anything.

Night sweats of the advanced cancer variety tend to be drenching, as in you need to change your PJs and bedsheets, often more than once.

Thats what I originally thought I, I know I was being silly as I have heard of people with Cancer and the way they sweat at night. I just wanted to check as you know what its like with HA you stop trusting what you have heard in the past.
