Hi , did anyone hear on the news this morning about watercress ?
I only caught a little bit of the story but apparently It helps prevent cancer. So I went and got a bag and was told they have had a big rush on them,lol. So Im not the only one paranoid it seems :D

Can anyone tell me more about it ?

Hi Mirry,

I didn't hear that on the news this morning but I know that watercress is high in antioxidants beta-carotene and vitamin C, both of which are thought to help prevent some cancers.

oh i was wrong, was thinking of ordanary cress. Think you have to grow water cress in my garden pond or in water
