I'm struggling with agoraphobia so bad feel I want to just hide away. Today I'm supposed to be taking my daughter and mum to a show I don't know if there's any real chance I will make it out the door. I'm letting everyone down and feel stuck.

I wish I could give you the boost to say feel the fear and do it anyway but its just not that easy. I cancelled going on a weeks holiday to Cyprus the day before !!!!!! I know avoidance is the worst possible thing you can do but if you do go to the show and have a major panic attack that's more likely to upset your family than trying to postpone the show. I'm taking baby steps with my agoraphobia I refuse to live the rest of my life like this. Hard work but I will do it. Good luck with whatever you decide to do
