Mental health assessment

Hi everyone haven't been on here in a long time. Hope everyone is keeping well. This year has been a tough year for me being in hospital twice. I'm currently in process of being referred to be assessed for borderline personality disorder, does anyone else in here have it? I'm like a ticking bomb each day and lash out with anger outbursts and than afterwards feel guilt for being angry. I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone again. Big hugs everyone xx

Hi, I remember you from a while back. I share some symptoms of boderline personality disorder but don't think I have it full on. I did think I have avoidance disorder but it's confusing sometimes. I do know I have anxiety and some social anxiety. Hope you get the help you need. :)
