Hi Randara. When you had the virus did you feel like you had a temp? I'm not really hot and temperature reads normal. Sorry for bugging you x

That's ok :) I didn't have a fever at all, which threw me a bit! I think the reason this illness has gotten to me so much is that it's not like anything I've had before. I know that my anxiety is probably extending it longer than it needs to as well.

Just try to take each day as it comes, make sure to rest and get enough sleep.

Thanks. That's exactly like me. It's thrown me because I don't have a temp but I feel like I have dry eyes, throat, nose, particularly around sinus area. It's not painful, more annoying, but causing me to feel tired, dizzy and nausea too. Of course this has triggered anxiety which I know is making things worse. Hope you feel better soon xxxx

I have had all of those too, and took my doctors advice and rested which has helped a lot. I hope you feel better soon too.
