I've been struck with yet another fear, this time it's a brain tumor. I'm terrified that I have one, I've been having dizzy spells even when I'm not so anxious, though very brief. I've also been somewhat off balance recently and clumsy as well. And I've got this weird feeling near one of my spinal discs, almost a tingling/stretching feeling. I'm afraid it's a cancer that has spread to the spine. I do crack my back a lot and I've had people tell me it's more than likely an injured disc but I'm not certain. Please help, what're your thoughts on this? How do I stop worrying about cancer and the like so much? I've thought I've had almost every type of cancer, honestly.
