Hi, I am 36yrs old, and have been having for some time burning tongue which comes and goes. I am also having some discomfort/ache in my groin and my testicle feels tender, and sometimes my lower abdomen, tender testicle side, feels tender too. No lumps on testicle and have all normal functions. Can this be stress and anxiety?
