Hello there

I'm new here(and to posting on forums in general).I'm 32 living in south-west wiltshire and a longtime sufferer with Agoraphobia,among other problems(over 20 years infact).
I'm just looking for a way to get out of the hole i'm in.Perhaps a sympathetic ear too.
