Hi,

When my anxiety is high, my obsessive eating habits and weight obsession is off the scale! To the point that when I'm walking down the street and someone is walking past me I'm wanting to walk far away from them in case their food drops on me etc... its ridiculous I know, but its got a hold on me as I am so adamant to not put on weight etc that it thrives off winning....

I don't know how to get rid of it, I've been like this for years and eating and food is my anxiety's feeder when I can no longer control other aspects of my life

Please help its agonising

elik please talk to your doctor asap. In the next few days and tell them this. They will be kind and understanding and help you figure this out!
