Hi, just wondering, my massive fear is seizures, and havent had that fear for months but today some idiot on facebook shared a optical illusion pic and it said, find the black dot, so me without thinking, tried to find that black dot, but all of the dots were white and moving around. I only looked at it for 2 seconds then looked away when I realized it was an illusion, and it messed with my head, i lost my train of thought for a second, and i read on the comments people saying it can cause seizures, and now i'm back to square one once again.:mad:

My fear of epilepsy is back and am questioning every thing.

Could this have excited the brain signals to the point it will give me epilepsy?
Would I have had a seizure if I kept on looking just a bit longer?
Why did I feel like this?

A rational question would be: Have you ever heard of epilepsy warnings on optical illusions in any form of media?

They add them to TV where there are flashing elements so wouldn't optical illusions need the same? I've never heard of warnings on them so I presume it is not an issue.
