Weird Eye problem

When I lay down in bed and watch tv I see beams of light on top of screen and bottom , kinda like your squinting hard to explain. It's like glares. I never noticed this before. My eyes also have been watery lately. If I look straight on at right height there is no beams. My girl friend told me this isn't case with her and wasn't with me before. I have 20/20 vision aswell. So I'm worried any ideas

just out of curiosity does it only happen hen you're laid down in bed, like can you try standing up and sitting in front of a tv and seeing the beams?

If I sit up perfectly levelled it doesn't happen and if I squint perfect it doesn't either

Always had this... but I have astigmatism.

hmmm, I think it might just be your eyes watering or something? Maybe viewing the tv in a laid down position is making you strain your eyes a bit or something?
