I came across a person on Yahoo Answers that complained about his heart beating very fast whenever he made a movement and basically fast the entire day... I found that horrible and I guess it stuck in my mind.
Three days later, I'm resting and my heartrate goes up to 120 bpm. It's been a month, and now it's resting at 90 bpm usually. Docs say nothing is wrong with me. What the hell, it feels REAL.
