I'm only 19 years old and I have a family history of heart problems. I'm terrified I have it, I have had multiple ekgs and an ultrasound on my aorta. My symptoms are loss of breath and tightness in chest. It usually comes on all of a sudden and lasts multiple hours and usually goes away if I take a nap but picks up after a little bit after I wake up.

I'm old enough to be your father. I have heart disease. I've had two heart attacks, triple bypass surgery and stents. At 19, unless you have some severe genetic issues (not the case), you're fine and the symptoms are most likely anxiety related (posting on an anxiety website for one...). I'm assuming the multiple EKGs and scans proved to be normal.
