i got floaters.. the problem is that when i close my one eye i can see blackspots moving in my vision it is present in both eyes

i have a black spots in my vision that doesnt move and can only be seen when im lying in bed and moving my face so that the spot can be seen behind a bright light and can be easily seen when i close my other eye

I can see blackspot in my left and right eye when i move my visionto left and right the color isnt too dark and it moves when i move my head becomes big or small
