Could this be due to anxitey ? Please help

Every now and then I get this pain that I feel from the muscules above my left breast sometimes it can be on the right side too it's not constant and only happens every now and then . I was really concerned that the pain was coming from my breast but I don't think it is because it's not actual my boob that hurts it's the muscules above it. And when I relax my muscules and deep breath the pain goes away . It kind of fell like a heavy ache . Has anyone had this . Does it sound like tension

Hi, yes it could be anxiety causing gastric acid reflux. It could also be teitzes syndrome, inflammation of the ribs. I've had both and my symptoms were similar to yours. It's always a good idea to get it checked out for peace of mind. Have you tried taking Gaviscon to see if it eases the discomfort in the case of acid reflux?

Hi thanks for replying but I don't think it's acid reflex as AV had that before and it's not that type of been it's more muscular
