rib pain

hi everyone, I am getting a lot of pain in ribs mostly left side round front and back of rib. feeling short of breath and dizzy im scared I have a clot does anyone else have these sort of pains or should I be heading down to a&e. really am thinking im going to die.

have you ever had this before? have you had panic or anxiety before?

try to take some slow deep breathes and see if you can calm down a bit then you can see how you feel

panic can make things worse- i know i do it a lot

hi kellie, yes I have had pain before but this is very bad pain coming in waves of really bad pain all round front and back of rib I go short breath. im really scared its a clot and im going to die :weep:

when you had the pain before what was it? did you go and see anyone about it?
