stopped periods

hi i think i have health anxiety as well as many others but the thing worrying me the most at the moment is my periods have completely stopped in the last three months which has of course put me right on edge i have had blood tests and urine test all normal so far so i am clueless as to whats going on and doctors dont seem to interested to go futher has anyone had this problem i have been told it could just be my anxiety but finding that hard to believe at the moment would appreciate any advise thank you :) x

Stress and anxiety is a big cause of Periods being irregular

this is what the nurse told me also just a worry as 3 months feels lie a long time :(

Are you on a birth control pill by any chance? This can cause absence of period too.

i was on the depo injection around seven months ago had normal and regular periods until 3 months ago when they just stopped altogether x
