Weird eye all of a sudden

All of a sudden my right eye has gone like there's steam in my vision! It's the best way I can explain it. I can see and it's not blurry but like there's a cover over my eye ball. I've tried rubbing etc

I'm freaking out it's a brain tumour or I'm going to loose my eye!
