Armpit lump

I'm 22 and have a lump in armpit. It's very mobile and can roll it around in fingers, it's about the size of a finger and half finger tip, so I think 2 cms had this since January and never changed size. Is this alarming ??? No other symptoms

Always have them checked but I've had a few in breast too which were nothing xxxx
