Eye beams/starburst

For a week now I see beams of light on top and bottom of tv like the picture carries when I'm looking at it in certain angles, as well if I put my cell phone at some angles. Car lights lately have like a starburst around them at night. I've always have good vision now I'm worried what this could be as it just developed. My eyes always have been pretty watery.... Could this be dry eyes so I get tear drops

I get this it started quite suddenly and sent my health anxiety into overdrive. All the docs could find was dry eye. So it could be that.

Yes mine did too, when I pull my cheeks down it's clear up perfect, I bought eye drops but still the same. I don't get it. Did they say anything else
