Armpit lump

I'm 22 and have a lump in armpit. It's very mobile and can roll it around in fingers, it's about the size of a finger and half finger tip, so I think 2 cms had this since January and never changed size. Is this alarming ??? No other symptoms


Also have tiny ones in groin and neck but they have been there for 10+ years all smaller then pea
