I am a 15 year old male from the uk. I have had a rather mild headache for the past 4-5 weeks and it has not gone away /at all/ and my vision has slightly blurred as well, I am starting to get worried.

Do you wear glasses or visit the optician regularly? It can be simply eye strain, or perhaps where you may play computer games etc. Either way I would see an opticial and a GP as its a weight off your mind just getting it checked it will ease your worry.

4 to 5 weeks sounds like allergies or weather related or sinus even. I am not a doctor but have the exact symptoms you do for long periods of time. I don't have anything else but sinus and old eyes but my money is on sinus due to allergies. Check it out with your primary doctor and see what they think.
