Hi, I'm Tom.
My 20 year old daughter broke down last night and told me that she has been diagnosed as having OCD, depression and anxiety. I've no idea where to even start to try and understand what she is, and has, been going through as it appear this has been going on for over 4 years but she only sought the courage to speak to a health professional about 4 months ago. My wife and I had no idea what she was going through as she has hid it so well. So I did some googling and found you guys. I'll post up some more info on hopefully the right place in here and maybe someone can give me some guidance on how to help and also how I can deal with how I feel.
