feel like im not here

for over a month now been feeling low,weird and like im not here. my auntie passed sudden a month ago which has not helped. still can,t believe it. I,ve been run down with cough and cold for over a month. had a job where I had to keep getting up at 4:05am. now left that Friday and started a new job today get uo an hr later. but I feel everything this past month and a little over as got on top of me and I can,t lift myself back up. xxx my feet and legs are bad aswell im 31. but I do walk a lot. walk to work and back take and fetch kids to school go daily walks. ect... how do I pick myself up

Oh I know how you feel. I've been like that a big too. I had something that was like a virus but no coughs or colds just tired, sore dry throat and some sinus pressure. I'm still feeling run down too and now my GP has suggested blood tests. See my posts. I hope you feel better soon xxx
