Can dry mouth come with anxiety?Today I have stomach ache and keep needing to go number 2 all day, loss of appetite, feel sick, achy tired and have a dry tongue and feel so thirsty even tho I'm drinking tons. I'm so scared of what it could be and I'm working myself into such a state :(
I know I suffer with ibs and anxiety but today I feel so ill! :(
I'm scared to eat because of the tummy pain and as I said I keep needing to down loads of water.
Any ideas what this could be so I can help myself?
