I find music really influences my mood ..I'm listening to Carly Simon 'Nobody Does it better' the words are great 'you're the best' ...well now that i've joined this when ever i hear this song i think of all of us on here... when i start to feel negative it reminds me that we are all strong people inside... :)

Hi Sarah, yeah it sure is. Music is the best..I try and listen to happier songs these days, even thogh slow sad ones are good i find i get too down so avoid them until i feel ok to listen to them

i have a mini radio play with ear phones and i always listen to it when going to school, ow thats if i remember it, lol

its good to listen to music as you are being put of the subject of panic etc
