How many of you with skin issues obsess and create skin symptoms !?? It has been two weeks since I went to dermatologist and she diagnosed a pre cancer actinic keratosis on my nose. I get it froze off on Friday but have been obsessively checking my skin every chance I get. I must take 100 bathroom breaks at work and analyz my skin!!! I'm convinced more spots have appeared and everytime I see a blemish I get sick to my stomach. I worked out for 3 hours last night and after my shower noticed a hard piece of skin under my eye. I became that stressed out my stomach turned and I could not even eat. Why does this happen... In my mind I go from having a simple spot frozen to becoming horribly disfigured, alone, losing my job, broke and ultimately dying alone because of how messed up my face will become... WTh
