Hi all, I am hoping someone can help me here. A bit of a background on me.
I have had IBS for 6 years. I had 1 or 2 minor panic attacks in the first 5 years, I didn't know what they where at the time but looking back on it they definitely were. Now for the last year I have had really bad anxiety when it comes to any type of travelling, knowing I'll be in a situation where toilet access will be limited or no toilet access for a certain time period. This causes me to be really irritable and I get panicky big time. It started where when I had to wait to get on a plane and there wasn't any toilets about and my IBS was quite bad at the time.

I'm currently taking 6 imodiums a day and 30mg of ciltropram. I've tried Hypnotherapy which didn't work to well and I'm currently trying to meditate everyday to help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
