has anyone experienced a felling as if your heart has like totally turned all the way around then started beating again i experienced this a few times normally when im so exhausted its really freaky i think in the 6 moths when my anxiety was extreme it happened 3 times not sure if im explaing right sorry

Hi, I get these often. As Sammie said it's an ectopic beat. They are very common especially with anxiety. There's heaps of posts on here about them. Have a read, it should put your mind at ease. Xo.
