Follicular Lymphoma, as with any cancer, is most prevalent in older people. Cancer risk is very low through your 20s and into your 30s then starts taking an upturn in your 40's and 50's to being most prevalent in your 60's, 70's and 80s.

So yes, it is rare for someone in their 20's to have it.
