Hi everyone, just needing to vent and hopefully get a little support. I'm having a blip again and I feel awful. I feel constantly sick and although my tummy is rumbling for food I feel too sick to eat. My mouth is also dry so that's not helping. Does anyone else get the bad sick feeling like this?
I think this blip has happened because I took a week off work but I'm not going away. Just staying at home and having a break from work. Im single and live alone. I think that's not helping because I'm out of my routine and don't really have anything to keep me busy. Plus to too it off it's that time of the month too.
Any encouragement would be great. Sometimes it feels all too much :(. :weep:
