Hi feeling really anxious tonight. I have got a really sore left arm I've had it for a few hours since 7pm it is sore when I move it right from my shoulder to my wrist and it is sore after I use it. I went to friends for coffee and cake tonight I had 2 strong coffees and not used to drinking coffee. I've felt light headed all day and now I am nauseated and this pain keeps on coming and going in left arm I've had it before I have had 3 injections in my left shoulder before and they help. I just paniced because it's left arm and I googled it I know I shouldn't have but I know I have terrible posture in bed I sleep on my left side a lot I may have lain on it the wrong way last night it is sore just now as I am typing with my left hand my shoulder and left arm are aching a bit I am just a wee bit worried heart related
