View Full Version : Couldn't sleep, need advice for work

Hi all. I couldn't sleep last night. I slept maybe three hours before I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. Right now I am feeling so low and anxious from the lack of sleep. I guess I'm just looking for advice on how to deal with it.

Should I just call in sick to work? Should I go in to work but do certain relaxation excersies to get through the day?

I would appreciate any advice!

I've suffered insomnia for the last three years and never had a day off with it
You are better off going into work and doing what you can.You would be amazed how little sleep you can survive on

Heh, I keep trying to tell myself that, I would be amazed on how little sleep I can function. The problem for me is with my health anxiety feeling bad from poor sleep feels like a medical emergency.

I think I will try to go in and do what I can. If I can't then I'll just go home early.
